Group orders

The same layer, in every size at once.

Kitchens, crews, studios and clinics order one weight in a spread of sizes and then order it again. Because our blocks do not change, the second order matches the first — which is the whole reason to buy base layers from a catalogue that does not rotate.

What we need to quote

01Headcount and the rough spread across XS to XL. An estimate is fine — we plan production against it, not invoicing.
02The weight. If the layer is worn under a uniform all day, 160 g/m² is the usual answer; if it is worn alone, 180 and up.
03Whether the pieces will be washed industrially. Commercial laundering runs hotter than our published shrinkage test and we will size the order accordingly.
04The date. Standard lead time on a group order is three to five weeks depending on the weight and the colour.

Group orders ship folded and wrapped in plain paper, sorted by size, with a packing list per size band.

No printing or embroidery

We do not decorate garments. Everything we make is plain and unbranded, and we carry no third-party marks, characters or team identities of any kind.
