Buy the same thing again, without looking for it.
Base layers wear out on a schedule and get replaced with the identical piece. So instead of a new-in shelf, every order carries a code that brings the whole order back.
How it works
You order once
Any order, of any size, generates a code. It appears on the confirmation page and again in the confirmation email.
You keep the code
The code is a random string. It holds no name, no address and no card details, and it works without an account.
You enter it when you run out
The same styles, sizes and colours come back as a basket. Change anything you want before paying, or pay as it stands.
No recurring charges of any kind
There are no memberships, no plans, no stored cards and no automatic renewals anywhere on this site. Every order is a single payment that you start. A reorder code cannot charge you; it only fills a basket. What the code contains
A random string tied to an order number. No name, no address, no card details, nothing that identifies you. Binding it to your email address is optional and only used to re-issue it if you lose it.Discontinued colours
Cuts do not change. Colours occasionally do. When a colour in your order is no longer made we say so, name the nearest current colour and leave the decision to you.We don't discontinue our base styles. Colours may change; cuts don't.
Every style in the catalogue is marked evergreen, which is a commitment rather than a label: the blocks stay in production and the specifications stay published, so a piece bought two years ago can be replaced with the same piece rather than its nearest surviving relative. If we ever do have to withdraw a block, it will be announced on the style's own page before it goes, not discovered by you at the moment you try to reorder it.
